Katie Charles - The face behind the Zen!
She graduated from N.E.W. School of massage therapy in June of 2019! After she got her license she spent the next 2 years working at Entourage Salon & Spa. The last year she has worked alongside Dr. Baley at Optimal Health Chiropractic and Rehabilitation.
Katie has always had anxiety & depression and knows firsthand the relief massage therapy has brought to her life, she is truly passionate about her work, and each and every client.
She specializes in Cupping therapy & longer session times and holds 2 certifications in both medi-cupping & massage cupping. She also enjoys giving relaxation massage!

Our Services
Katie offers a wide variety of services in order to meet and fulfill your individual needs. She offers time lengths ranging from a 3 hour massage, all the way to a 40 minute massage. Not only does she offer several different time lengths but also several different techniques.
